⭐ Updated Review (with Dr. Potts and his staff) I had an unexpected issue when my bottom permanent retainer came undone after a VA endoscopy, and Dr. Potts — my childhood orthodontist — got me in the very next day. They saw me quickly, fixed everything in under an hour, and reminded me why they were always the best. I never imagined I’d be back at 33, but I’m genuinely grateful I was. If you ever need repairs or maintenance on braces or retainers, the investment is absolutely worth it, especially with a team like this. Dr. Potts and his staff were superb from start to finish.
