All staff and Dr. Potts were so nice and made us feel welcomed! My granddaughter had nothing but wonderful things to say about the technician who took her x-rays!

Very professional and friendly. Made my son feel at ease. Would highly recommend them.. he had his permanent retainers checked in quite a while. We went to have them checked. They were very kind and explained everything to him and explained how to take care of him.

⭐ Updated Review (with Dr. Potts and his staff) I had an unexpected issue when my bottom permanent retainer came undone after a VA endoscopy, and Dr. Potts — my childhood orthodontist — got me in the very next day. They saw me quickly, fixed everything in under an hour, and reminded me why they were always the best. I never imagined I’d be back at 33, but I’m genuinely grateful I was. If you ever need repairs or maintenance on braces or retainers, the investment is absolutely worth it, especially with a team like this. Dr. Potts and his staff were superb from start to finish.

Very kind, very polite, EXTREMELY well organized. Arrived at 11 for 1130 appointment. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Was there less than an hour for a permanent retainer repair. Highly recommend.

Office is nice. Friendly staff. Orthodontist is nice. Beautiful fish tank. Seasonally decorated. Will definitely recommend to all ages.
